Any Account determined to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All Funds held in such an Account, including any deposits, winnings, and Bonus balances, will be returned via the original deposit method after deduction of any applicable costs. j888 will not be liable for any winnings generated by an underage player.

j888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the j888 cashier interface at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made in PKR.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within standard Pakistani banking hours and may take 1–3 business days to reflect in the receiving account.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the Player's qualifying deposit. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of Bonus funds or Bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Bonuses and any associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account balance without compensation.
All sports bets placed on j888, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and other sporting events, are governed by j888's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets are accepted at j888's absolute discretion. j888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit bets at any time, including where a market has been suspended due to exceptional circumstances such as match delays, interruptions, or integrity concerns.
Individual game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytable structures, are displayed within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side game record, the server-side record shall be deemed definitive. j888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories.
j888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction, system error, or network disruption affecting the Platform. j888 makes no warranty that the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, or Account matter, Players should first contact j888's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. j888 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by j888 following a good-faith investigation will be communicated to the Player in writing via email.
